Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
5 Years experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the education sector
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Job Descriptions

Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to increase student enrollment and brand visibility.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Sales Management:

Lead the admissions team to achieve enrollment targets.
Build and maintain relationships with prospective families, agents, and partners.
Organize and attend recruitment fairs, open houses, and other promotional events.

Marketing and Communications:

Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, social media content, and advertisements.
Manage the school’s website and ensure it reflects the institution’s values and offerings.
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to reach local and international audiences.
