Job Descriptions
- Promote and sell the company’s dairy products (e.g., milk, yogurt, butter, cheese) to assigned customers and territories.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the assigned area.
- Monitor sales trends, competitor activity, and market demand.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collect customer orders and coordinate with the logistics team for timely delivery.
- Ensure optimal product display and visibility in stores (planogram execution, point-of-sale materials).
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and after-sales service in a professional manner.
- Maintain up-to-date records of sales, customer contacts, and territory activity.
- Conduct regular visits to clients to monitor stock levels and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Report market insights, pricing, and promotional trends to the Sales Manager
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG or dairy products.
- Good knowledge of the local market and customer base in the assigned region.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Ability to travel within the assigned area.
- Proficiency in using MS Office and basic reporting tools.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
