Job Requirements
- Any Bachler degree.
- Diploma in sale & marketing (or)Relevant sales and marketing certificate.
- Over (4)years experience in sale & Marketing field.
- Strong leadership & team management skill.
- Excellent customer service, communication & negotiation skill.
- Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly organizational sale targets.
- Plan and execute sales campaigns, Daily Way plan, Promotions plan, and team members growth.
- Maintain and grow relationships with target customers.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to improve strategy and outreach.
- Prepare weekly and monthly Sale reports for BOD.
- Train new sales staff and provide ongoing development to the team.
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure excellent customer service .
- Collaborate with Sales teams to align campaigns with sales objectives.
- Ensure all sales records are accurately handled and submitted in a timely manner.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public holiday
