  • ကိုယ်ပိုင်အရည်အချင်းနှင့် ပေါင်းသင်းဆက်ဆံရေးကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။
  • အကျင့်စာရိတ္တကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။
  • သပ်သပ်ရပ်ရပ် သန့်သန့်ရှင်းရှင်း ဖြစ်ရမည်။
