Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree Accounting.
• ACCA Part II is preferable.
• Minimum of 3 years of full set accounts preparation
• Age under 40
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work under pressure especially during peak season
Job Descriptions
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Manage general ledger, account reconciliation, and journal entries
• Monitor cash flow
• Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff
• Handle accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely invoicing and collections
• Ensure accurate processing of payroll, expenses, and vendor payments
• Maintain financial records and filing systems in accordance with audit requirements
• Develop and enforce internal controls and accounting policies
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and ledger management
• Proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheet applications
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and analysis
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Good communication skills for effective interaction with team members and other departments
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
