Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (LCCI III or ACCA preferred).
- Minimum 4–5 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in a marketing or service-based company.
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax compliance, and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced start-up environment.
Job Descriptions
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with accounting standards.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and submit all statutory returns on time.
- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
- Track and reconcile income from client projects, retainers, and campaigns.
- Establish and improve internal controls, accounting processes, and financial policies.
- Collaborate with department heads to monitor project costs and profitability.
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business decision-making.
- Mentor and support junior accounting or finance team members.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM To 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
