Job Requirements
- Any Graduate (Prefer B. Com)
- LCCI Level 1&2, 3 (UK) and ACCA Part 1.
- Must have at least 2 years or more of experience in accounting related to logistics operations.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and inventory management systems.
- Proficient in using accounting software
- No fixed working hours (must be flexible with time as per operational needs).
- No fixed off days (off days will be assigned depending on work requirements and schedule.
Job Descriptions
- Maintain and update inventory records in the accounting system on a daily basis.
- Monitor stock levels across retail and wholesale channels to ensure accuracy and availability.
- Perform regular stock reconciliation between physical count and system records.
- Coordinate and oversee periodic stock counts (monthly/quarterly/year-end) with warehouse teams.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, reporting findings to management.
- Support audits and ensure compliance with company inventory policies and financial regulations.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday Off
