Job Description

To be Effective Cost & Expenses Control
Daily Account for all transactions
Monthly Budget Control
Financial Report and Management Report
Receivable & Payable Report
To prepare tax account/tax report in details.
To prepare adhoc management report
To check and decide true account head and nature of expenses.
To prepare periodically complete Financial Statement, Cash Flow Statement, Comparative Statement of Budget and Actual Figures.
To check Bank Reconciliation, Assets Register, Sales & Stock, Account Payable, Account Receivable and Inventory Report.
To keep the computerized accounting of the transaction up to date.
To check the correctness of purchase and account payable and sale and account receivable and selling price.
To prepare Inventory Reconciliation Report.
To check all journal entries through verification with the supporting documents.
To assist in preparing Management & Tax Report in detail.
To prepare and report incentive & commission calculation.
To check stock usage for FOC and promotion with update policy.
To upgrade and improve upon existing procedure and working conditions wherever possible.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Sunday, Public Holidays
