Requirements

  • Master’s degree holder (MBA or a degree in Business preferred)
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience working with foreign organizations
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Knowledge of Myanmar Labor Law is preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain monthly staff attendance, overtime, leave records, SSB, and other required HR reports.
  • Coordinate the recruitment process: vacancy announcements, CV collection, interview scheduling, selection, and preparation of employment contracts for both local and foreign staff.
  • Manage HR functions and administrative matters required by the organization.
  • Maintain fleet records including fuel usage, maintenance, and repair costs.Arrange travel and accommodation for both local and expatriate staff.
  • Handle visa applications, stay permit extensions, FRC processing for foreign staff, and government liaison tasks.
  • Supervise office support staff, including assistants, drivers, cleaners, and cooks.
  • Facilitate contracts with vendors and suppliers.
  • Maintain relationships with internal departments and external stakeholders, including ministries and government offices.
  • Oversee asset management, insurance processes, foreign staff driving license issuance, car license extensions, and IT support for the office.
