Job Requirements
- B. E/B.Teh/A.G.T.I(EP).
- At least (5) years’ experience in related field.
- Experience with high-power DC fast chargers (50kW–180kW).
- Knowledge of renewable integration (solar + battery storage).
- Familiarity with networking and communication protocols (OCPP, TCP/IP).
- Previous experience in service and commissioning of electrical equipment.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧 & 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠
- Develop electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and single-line diagrams for EV charger installations.
- Calculate size and select electrical components including breakers, cables, transformers, inverters, and
protection systems. - Support system integration with inverter, solar, battery storage, and grid power.
𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 & 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠
- Installation, testing, and commissioning of AC and DC EV chargers, distribution AC panel and cable laying.
- Ensure proper grounding, earthing, and protection coordination.
- Conduct load flow and short-circuit analysis for safe operation.
𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 & 𝐌𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults in chargers and associated equipment.
- Plan and support preventive and corrective maintenance
- Support field teams in resolving technical issues remotely and on-site.
𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 & 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐬
- Ensure compliance with IEC, IEEE, NEC, and local electrical codes.
- Implement safety procedures and quality control.
- Prepare documentation, technical reports, and as-built drawings.
𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭
- Collaborate with teams for end-to-end project delivery.
- Provide technical support to outsourcing contractors.
- Participate in SAT (Site Acceptance Test).
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
