Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and preferred related diploma or certificate in Export & Import field.
- 2 years’ experience in Export & Import field.
- Good knowledge of import/export documentation, customs regulations, shipment tracking, freight forwarding.
- Able to work under pressure; problem solving; coordination across departments; tracking and follow-ups.
- English (4) skills-Intermediate level
Job Descriptions
- Prepare and verify all export/import documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, customs declarations, licenses).
- Apply for necessary licenses/permits / authorizations with relevant government bodies (MOC, MIC, FESC, DOF etc.)
- Ensure compliance with Myanmar import/export laws and any applicable foreign laws/regulations.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs agents, warehouses to arrange transportation and storage.
- Track shipments from origin to destination; monitor schedules and follow up on delays, damage or customs clearance issues.
- Work closely with sales, procurement, production, warehouse and finance departments to ensure shipments match orders and billing.
- Ensure all records are maintained accurately for auditing, legal, financial purposes.
- Process documentation for the ROA Assay Lab, MLF, LBVD, and MOC to obtain import licenses.
Working Hours: 8:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM
Holiday: Sunday & Public Holiday
