Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Computer Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of IT support experience (manufacturing/automotive preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and enterprise networking
- Experience with MES, SCADA, or PLC-based systems
- Strong troubleshooting skills in production environments
- Experience in EV, automotive, or smart factory environments
- Knowledge of industrial protocols
- Cybersecurity training or certification (CompTIA Security+, IEC 62443)
Job Descriptions
- Install, configure, and maintain servers, workstations, printers, and mobile devices
- Manage Windows/Linux systems, Active Directory, Group Policy, and endpoint security
- Support ERP and other manufacturing systems
- Perform system updates, patching, backups, and disaster recovery procedures
- Support IT/OT integration for production lines and industrial PCs
- Troubleshoot networked manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime
- Work closely with automation, maintenance, and engineering teams
- Ensure secure connectivity between factory floor systems and enterprise IT networks
- Configure and maintain LAN, WAN, VLANs, Wi-Fi, and industrial Ethernet networks
- Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues
- Support firewall, VPN, and access control systems
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday and Public Holidays
