Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering or a related field.
Extensive experience in MEP design and project management.
Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Strong knowledge of solar system & battery installation, surveillance & CCTV, structured cabling & WIFI and home automation.
Proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Revit) and other relevant design tools.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Descriptions

Develops the installation plans and supervises the M&E works.
Produce the technical designs, drawings, and plans for installation methods.
Ensure all the designs and plans to meet the standard quality, and specifications.
Maintain and modify all the equipment to ensure the safety and reliability.
Establish the reports for the necessities, and progress of the project on a regular basis.
Monitor the performance of the components and equipment of the project.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
