Job Descriptions
- Leads the day-to-day operational support for server, storage and related system.
- Builds, patches, tests (check for compatibility issues, conducts QA) and deploys complex systems and platforms meeting clients’ needs and specifications.
- Leads in planning and implementing changes to infrastructure with the goal of enhancing performance
- Performs complex architecture for storage and server data backup, data migration and disaster recovery operations.
- Performs complex software and operating system upgrades and track system licensing.
- Configures security settings or access permissions for groups and individuals.
- Provides technical support (help desk) to users by troubleshooting problems related to platform performance.
- Documents complex procedures and troubleshooting procedures related to systems/networks software and hardware.
- Work with Business Applications, vendors, consultants, contractors, and IT personnel form other Departments.
- Provides technical guidance and assistance to other IS Engineers and IS Administrators.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a similar field.
- Experience in the configuration of the products (E.g., VMWare, Veritas, VX Rail, EMC Storage, Synology, MS Exchange, Open-Source Email Server, etc.)
- Familiarity with operating systems, such as Window, Linux, etc.
- Good knowledge of networking protocols, such as TCP, IP, and OSI models.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 6:00PM
