Job Description
- Manage daily operations of the Manage daily operations of the whole service, including scheduling, repair order management, and parts coordination.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise service advisors and technicians to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and implement strategies to continuously improve service quality and customer retention.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Set and achieve the sales and profitability goals, managing budget and expenses effectively.
- Oversee the quality control process for all vehicle repairs.
- Handle complex customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Stay up-to-date with automotive technology, industry trends, and manufacturer training requirements.
Job Requirement
- At least 3 years of proven experience in an automotive service management role.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Solid understanding of automotive repair processes and diagnostic tools.
Working Hours: 8:30AM to 5:30PM
Holidays: One day per week.
