Job Requirements
- Degree or above Bachelor’s;
- Have more than five years of experience in the automobile maintenance industry or related service management.
- Have rich management experience, good organizational coordination and communication skills;
Job Descriptions
- Responsible for building the after-sales team and brand maintenance
- Responsible for the follow-up and control of major customer complaints, crisis incidents
- Develop annual after-sales personnel training plans and prepare equipment and personnel reserve plans
- Responsible for the marketing management of spare parts, supplies, and service products
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00PM
Holiday : Sunday & Public Holidays
