Job Requirements
- Any Graduate OR Bachelor’s degree in Engineering OR Certificate in electrical school.
- Age between 35 and 45 years old.
- 3-5 years of experience in service management.
- Strong understanding of technical service process (TV, Video, Inverter …)
- Excellent leadership, communication, coordination and problem-solving skill.
Job Descriptions
- Supervise and coordinate activities of the service team, including technicians and support staff.
- Monitor service workflows to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
- Handle complex customer issues and complaints, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
- Maintain service records and prepare performance reports.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of tools, parts, and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with other departments.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday and Public Holidays
