Job Purpose:
The Showroom Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations at the showroom, ensuring smooth customer service delivery, accurate cash handling, and coordination between the sales, technical, and estate management teams. The role also involves managing customer escalations, tracking performance, and supporting on-site technical and administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Service Management
- Supervise and support the customer service staff to ensure professional handling of walk-in and phone inquiries.
- Resolve serious customer complaints effectively and in a timely manner.
- Maintain high service quality standards and customer satisfaction levels.
- Monitor and achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Cash Collection & Reporting
- Handle daily cash and digital payments from customers securely.
- Ensure accurate recording, reconciliation, and timely submission of collections to Finance.
- Prepare and submit weekly sales, collection, and activity reports to management.
Coordination & Communication
- Act as the main contact point between Company’s and Star City Estate Management for operational matters.
- Coordinate with the technical maintenance and installation team to ensure smooth service delivery and quick issue resolution.
- Communicate important updates, outages, or project timelines between departments and customers.
Staff Supervision & Administration
- Oversee staff attendance, grooming, and performance at the showroom.
- Manage stock (routers, brochures, forms, etc.) at the showroom.
- Ensure the showroom remains clean, organized, and customer friendly.
Reporting & Improvement
- Prepare weekly reports covering sales, customer feedback, and activities.
- Identify process improvements and propose ideas to enhance service and efficiency.
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or retail supervision (preferably in telecom or ISP industry).
- Strong proficiency in English (both spoken and written) is a must.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and resolve conflicts calmly.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Positive attitude and commitment to excellent customer experience.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM To 4:00 PM
