Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum [2–5] years of site experience.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and standards.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
  • Experience with AutoCAD and MS Office.
  • Good leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Descriptions

  • Supervise and manage on-site construction activities.
  • Ensure works are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control standards are maintained.
  • Check reinforcement, formwork, concrete works, and finishing works before execution.
  • Ensure proper setting-out and level checking.
  • Manage material usage and reduce wastage.
  • Enforce site safety regulations.
  • Resolve technical issues and report to the Project Manager.

Working Hours: 8:30AM-5:00 PM

Holidays: Sunday and Public Holidays
