Job Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 4–5 years in construction site supervisionSkills:
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and surveying tools.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to read technical drawings and manage labor teams.
• Personal Traits: Detail-oriented, adaptable to fieldwork, and leadership qualities.
Job Descriptions
• Supervise and oversee daily construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with design
• specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and project teams to resolve technical issues and ensure
• smooth workflow.
• Monitor material quality, workmanship, and progress reporting.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain site documentation.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations.
Working Hours – Monday to Saturday (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
Salary & Benefits -Base Salary (9lakh-10lakh) + Daily Allowance (DA) / Per Diem Other
Allowance Annual Performance-Based Bonus (Tied to individual
performance), Monthly PH Bill allowance .
