Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree and 8 + years of experience in software architecture and design, with a strong background in Information & Communication Technology.
Experience in multi-tenant SaaS platforms. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Familiarity with fintech, e-commerce, or loyalty platforms.
Develop new application software.
Implement fixes and enhancements for existing applications.
Manage and resolve application issues, provide updates, and conduct root cause analysis.
Monitor and respond to alerts related to application and system services.
Provide 2nd/3rd level technical support to the Helpdesk for CCN products.
Participate in after-hours support on a rotational basis for software issues and alerts.
Strong background in software architecture and system design.
Proficiency in Node.js and Express for backend development.
Hands-on experience with React and TypeScript for frontend applications.
Deep knowledge of GCP services (Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, Pub/Sub, etc.).
Solid understanding of microservices, REST APIs, and event-driven systems.
Experience with databases (SQL & NoSQL), caching, and performance optimization.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically about scalability.
Self-motivated, independent, and proactive with excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a mindset to stay updated on emerging trends and technologies.

Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
