Requirements
- Any Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in human resources, education, business, or a
related field. - 2-4 years of experience in corporate learning and development, preferably in an HR
role. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and related business and communication tools
- Highly motivated with a passion for learning and development
Description
- Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs for
employees - Develop and design training programs, including course content, materials, and
assessments - Training coordination, arranging to contact nominated staffs for training and
providing their training fees. - Deliver training sessions to employees using a variety of delivery methods (e.g.,
classroom, online, on-the-job training) - Enters external and internal training records into a database and maintains it.
- To solve employee requirement and inquiries related to training and development
programs and any training-related issues if they arise. - Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust training programs as necessary.
- Assist with performance management and career development initiatives.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
- To prepare certificates and contract.
- Prepare data for Monthly KPI & ISO Process.
Working Hours: 8:00 A.M to 5:45 P.M.
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.
