Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above in Architecture, Structure, or related fields.
Proficient in Revit (minimum 2 years of practical experience), and skilled in using Navisworks, AutoCAD softwares.
Minimum 2 years of relevant BIM work experience, with building project experience; apartment project experience is preferred.
Proven ability and experience (minimum 2 years) in producing Shop Drawings; experience in cooperating with construction units is an advantage.
Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills; bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English is a plus.
Strong communication skills, teamwork spirit, and adaptability to an international working environment.

Job Descriptions

Responsible for creating, maintaining, and optimizing BIM models for the project.
Assist the project team in applying BIM technologies to improve design and construction efficiency.
Participate in project coordination and resolve BIM-related technical issues.
Complete other BIM-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Working Hours: 8:30AM to 5:00PM
Holidays : Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays
