Job Requirements
- Any graduate, plus Dip or Certificate in Supply Chain & Logistics or Business Administration.
- Minimum 3 years’ work experienced in Food & Beverage and Foodstuff Distribution field (a fast- moving foodservice business) with same position.
- Experiences in working with MIT, ERP or any system.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel, Email & PowerPoint.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse, inventory & logistics way management.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Good personality and communication skills, a positive working attitude, hands-on and hardworking.
Job Responsibilities
- To manage all main warehouse & logistics functions.
- Ensure weekly, monthly inventory report for both system MIT, ERP Software & Excel file.
- Oversee & manage logistics ways for transporting products to customers.
- Supervise timeliness of scheduled delivery ways.
- Track inventory levels & expiry products.
- Keeping a stock control system up-to-date and planning future capacity requirement.
- Communicate and collaborate with Sales Team for Delivery.
- Effectively monitors flow of goods & implements FIFO methods.
- Perform monthly Manual Stock Count.
Working Hours: 9:00AM To 5:00PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holiday
