Job Descriptions
- Mobile application, website, API နဲ့ hosting system များကို နားလည်ပြီး CMS, App testing, internal tool troubleshooting စသော technical support များကို တာဝန်ယူရမည်ဖြစ်သည်။
- Developer များနှင့် အပြန်အလှန်ညှိနှိုင်းဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်းများ ပြုလုပ်ရမည်။
- App deployment, update, UAT များ Team နှင့်အတူ test လုပ်ပြီး ပံ့ပိုးကူညီပေးနိုင်ရမည်။
- App store reviews နဲ့ user feedback များကို Monitor လုပ်နိုင်ရမည်။
- App releases မလုပ်ခင် quality standards ပြည့်မီရန်အတွက်သေချာစစ်ဆေး ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။
- CMS / Hosting / Server access များကို စနစ်တကျစီမံခန့်ခွဲနိုင်ရမည်။
- UX နဲ့ business optimization အတွက် insights များ Provide လုပ်ရပါမည်။
- Application နှင့် သက်ဆိုင်သော Telecom operators (ISPs) နှင့် partnership discussions များကို Lead လုပ်ရပါမည်။
- Issue tracking & Report များ ကို အချိန်နဲ့တပြေးညီ Report လုပ်နိုင်ရမည်။
- CDN / Server အနည်းငယ်နားလည်မှုရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
Job Requirements
- တက္ကသိုလ်ဘွဲ့ရရှိပြီးသူ (IT ဘက်မှ ဘွဲ့ရရှိထားပါက ပိုမိုကောင်းမွန်သည်)။
- Mobile app, website နှင့် API များ၏ အခြေခံလုပ်ဆောင်ပုံများကို နားလည်ထားသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
- Software testing ၏ အခြေခံနည်းလမ်းများကို နားလည်ထားသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
- Communication စွမ်းရည်ကောင်းမွန်ပြီး စနစ်တကျ အလုပ်လုပ်နိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- Learning curve မြန်ပြီး tools အသစ်များကို လျှင်မြန်စွာ အသုံးချနိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- Teamwork စိတ်ဓာတ်ရှိပြီး အများနှင့် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- မြန်မာနှင့် အင်္ဂလိပ် ဘာသာနှစ်ခုစလုံးကို ပြေပြစ်စွာ ပြောဆိုဆက်သွယ်နိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday
