  • လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ အနည်းဆုံး (၁) နှစ်ရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • ရိုးသားကြိုးစား၍ ရေရှည်လုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • အကျင့်စာရိတ္တကောင်းမွန်သူ ၊ သွက်လက်ချက်ချာသူ ၊ သင်ယူချင်စိတ်ရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • ကုမ္ပဏီမှချမှတ်ထားသော စည်းမျဉ်းစည်းကမ်းများကို လေးစားလိုက်နာနိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
